KICKBOXING LEVEL 1 & 2:
An excellent work out! Emphasis is on all aspects of proper form and technique and traditional kickboxing combinations.
KICKBOXING LEVEL 3:
ADVANCED TECHNIQUES: This class takes your kickboxing skills to the next level! Learn to set up effective fighting combinations while utilizing proper technique. Boxing gloves are required for this class. Wearing shin guards is optional, but we recommend that you wear them.
This class combines cardio conditioning and circuit training with kickboxing.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR ALL CLASSES WE TRAIN BAREFOOT, OR YOU MAY WEAR INDOOR RUNNING SHOES (DO NOT WEAR YOUR OUTDOOR/STREET RUNNING SHOES).
** SPARRING TIMES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL ADVANCED STUDENTS WHO WISH TO TAKE THEIR TRAINING TO THE NEXT LEVEL. PLEASE NOTE THAT FULL PROTECTIVE SPARRING GEAR IS MANDATORY, WHICH IS INCLUSIVE OF HEAD GEAR, SHIN GUARDS, MOUTHGAURD, GLOVES, AND JOCK.
